You know a recipe is a winner when you’ve been making it for YEARS and there’s no end in sight. Oh heeey Oatmeal Protein Pancake! 🥞 This recipe makes one GIANT protein pancake and is the perfect vehicle for all of your favorite pancake toppings! To make it, combine 1 cup egg whites, 1/3-1/2 cup oats (your preference on how much — it’s a super flexible recipe), a few drops of vanilla liquid stevia to taste (or a dash of sugar or a splash of maple syrup) and cinnamon (to taste). Mix together well and pour into a pan sprayed with cooking spray. When the pancake begins to turn white and the edges of the pancake begin to solidify, flip and cook for another couple of minutes. Top with your fav toppings and enjoy!!! A few ingredient notes: 1.
