What better way to start a Tuesday then a big stack of quick and easy red berry hazelnut protein pancakes!

Recipe for the pancake batter
-1 banana mashed
-1/2 cup oat flour
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-Splash of apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings
-Raspberries
-Strawberries
-Pomegranate seeds
-Hazelnut butter

Heat a non stick pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add a spoonful of batter and cook until bubbles start to burst on the pancake. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Transfer to a plate and top with lots of berries and hazelnut butter. Enjoy!
