Toast can be eaten for any meal of the day and loaded with anything you have on hand. I love using a protein and a healthy fat or whatever lovely treats I find at Whole Foods like these microgreens! 🙌
I used @udisglutenfree bread to make toast and loaded it with smashed avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper, then microgreens and balsamic drizzle for a little sweetness. It’s hearty and filling!
