QUICK OATS PANCAKES 
– [ ] 2 cups quick oats
– [ ] 1 1/2-2/3 cup milk of choice …


QUICK OATS PANCAKES
– [ ] 2 cups quick oats
– [ ] 1 1/2-2/3 cup milk of choice (used almond here)
– [ ] 1/8 tsp baking soda
– [ ] 1/4 tsp baking powder
– [ ] pinch of salt
– [ ] 2 very ripe bananas

— in a bowl, add oats and 1 1/2 cup milk, allow to soak for 15 minutes
— in a blender place all ingredients and blend, add more milk for desired thickness of batter
— place a pan on medium low heat, grease pan with favorite oil or butter to avoid sticking
— cook 1-2 minutes, flip with a spatula and cook another 1-2 minutes

STRAWBERRY SAUCE
– [ ] 1 lb frozen strawberries
– [ ] 4 oz water (1/2 cup)
– [ ] 3-4 tbsp sugar
— place ingredients in a sauce pan on medium high heat (feel free to serve some strawberries), bring to a boil (about 5 minutes)
— turn heat off, allow to cool
— place all ingredients in a blender and puree
— serve over pancakes

**Serve pancakes with fresh fruits, stawberry sauce, dusting of powder sugar, maple syrup and/or honey.**
