POV…. turning your morning oatmeal into protein layered pancakes 🥞😆

1 egg + 35g egg white
70g banana
70g oats
1 tsp baking powder
10g coconut flour
~ 1/4 cup milk, I used regular skim
Blend, cook and allow to cool

Layers:
🥞 20g vegan or whey blend protein powder (**isolate won’t work) mixed with a little water to create a thick paste, spread between each layer. I used @pranaon in coconut milk

60g frozen berries (warmed up) + sugar free syrup to top 👏🏻

Approx. macros (including berries and protein layers)
C: 65g P: 35g F: 15g
