⚡ High Protein OATMEAL PANCAKES ⚡⁣

Makes: 5 XL pancakes
2-3 servings depending on how hungry you are
⁣ ⁣

♦️♦️♦️INGREDIENTS♦️♦️♦️⁣

·  2 egg whites⁣ + 1 whole Egg

·  50g plain Greek Yogurt 0% fat

·  40 grams ground oats⁣

·  1/4 cup whole wheat Pastry Flour

·  2 tsp Baking Powder⁣

·  Pinch of salt⁣
Vanilla Extract

·  Cinnamon (optional)⁣

·  1-2 tsp Erythritol or Truvia (optional)⁣
⁣ 🍓🥜Topping Options:⁣

·  1 Tbsp Nut Butter⁣

·  100 grams Fresh Berries⁣

·  Low Calorie Pancake Syrup⁣

·  Low Fat Cottage Cheese or Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt⁣ for extra protein
⁣ ⁣


In a medium bowl whisk lightly the eggs and Greek Yogurt and Vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients ground oats / WW pastry flour, 1/2 T , baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon and truvia.⁣

Use measuring 1/2 cup and make 5 pancakes.


Add the dry mix to the eggwhite and kefir mixture and whisk it until it all comes to nice even batter.⁣


In a preheated nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick spray pour the batter to 5 equal parts, and cook the pancakes separately.


set the heat on medium low and as soon as the top starts to bubble a little bit, flip the pancakes and finish them off for another minute.⁣


You do not want to over cook them because they might come out dry.


Add your toppings.⁣
