📖Ingredients :
– 1 very ripe banana
– 1/4 of apple
– 1 tablespoon of red fruits
– 1 egg
– 35g of oatmeal
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable milk (here I use almond milk)

👩🏽‍🍳Preparation :
– Cut the apple into very small dice, as well as the red fruits
