Saturday, April 30, is Oatmeal Cookie Day, I celebrated a few days early with warm, toasty oatmeal cake from @yossyarefi ‘s book Snacking Cakes. A little cinnamon, a little nutmeg, good bittersweet chocolate chips… so cozy.
I doubled the recipe and baked in a party bundt and two mini loaf pans. NOTE! If you have an early edition of the book, check this recipe, it should call for 1/2 cup milk, not 1 cup of milk—it was corrected in later editions.
