So yesterday I was in the mood for pancakes, so I got creative. 💡🤔
After a low cholesterol dietician told me that oatmeal is great to help lower my LDL cholesterol. I decided to intake more oatmeal daily and get creative so I don’t get board eating the same thing over and over again. Let me tell you! These came out Sooo good!! And this is how I made it👇🏻

Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup almond milk
4 egg white
2/3 oat flower (I did mine myself with oats)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Walden farm 0 cal maple syrup
Cinnamon to taste
Mix all your ingredients well
(Optional) I crushed almonds and added it with raisins to my batter for added crunch.

Heat the pan and spray it with butter PAM spray. Cook in medium fire so it cooks from the inside out depending on stove. Once it’s cooked top with your favorite fruit add a drizzle of Walden farm 0 cal pancake syrup and there you have it. Healthy guilt free pancakes packed with fiber, iron, vitamins, protein and helps lower your cholesterol 💥
