2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
🥞Add all of the ingredients to a NutriBullet or blender and blend until smooth.
🥞Add your pan to the heat & heat over medium heat.
🥞 Lightly spray your pan with avacado oil or coconut oil.
Once pan is hot, add approx 1/3 cup of the batter and cook until pancakes slightly puff up and you see a few bubbles along the edges. Flip & cook other side until nicely golden on underside.
Top with your choice fruits & maple syrup. 🍯
