Chocolate & Coconut Scrambled Pancake 🍫🥥

This was by far one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had 🤭 I’m not kidding, it’s BEYOND the most delicious thing ever 🤤

Deets:
– 1 mashed banana
– protein powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla sugar/extract
– 1 tsp flax seeds
– 1 tsp cocoa powder
– 2 tsp water
– 1/2 cup oat flour
– shredded coconut

Mix all of the following ingredients except the cocoa powder, coconut and water. Set the mixture overnight if you are meal prepping. In the morning you can add a bit of water to make it more pancake batter texture. Preheat your pan and pour the mixture in. Cook for 2 minutes. Begin to scramble the pancake with a spatula. Let it cook again for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Mix the cocoa powder and water, pour it on top of the scramble pancake. Add the coconut and enjoy!
