Another healthy breakfast on the run hack that I used religiously when I was competing.

SHOUTOUT TO @muscleegg 💪🤪 for keeping me sane when my nutrition plan was everything but nice! They have flavored egg whites so if you’re at that point in competition when it starts to get strict: no fruit, no food that is not written on your plan even if it’s healthy, etc HIT THEM UP! Also works for everyday use. Check out their page for other ways to use their products.

My favorite was pumpkin spice… tasted like I was having pie for breakfast every morning. You can add a couple packets of Splenda for additional sweetness.

As you can see at the end, NO MESS. Fold in half and run out the door. You can add @waldenfarms_usaofficial pancake syrup into the mixture when you blend it OR Sometimes I would put a thin layer of a nut butter and 1 tbsp Smuckers Fruit & Honey jelly.

With jellies, read the nutrition label! No HFCS!!!! And try to keep the ingredients under 10 items! Smuckers only has 4!

This recipe leaves a lot of room for creativity! Find what works for you based on your goals & what you like THEN EXECUTE!
