I used my Apple cinnamon oatmeal packet, 1 egg and 2 Tb water.
Cooked in a pan for a few minutes and it was ready.
Since I’m on maintenance, I decided to add 1/2 banana to the pan, with 2 Tb of the sugar free syrup.
This would also be good without the banana and then you would have
1 oz lean for the egg
1 Condiment for the syrup

I am now going to do some weight lifting at home before I go to work.
I want to have as much energy as I can to March with 196 kids this afternoon.
