A pancake breakfast is my kind a way to start a Tuesday morning. Surprise surpri…


A pancake breakfast is my kind a way to start a Tuesday morning. Surprise surprise I of course topped mine with the my favourite foods, peanut butter, banana and I also added some fresh strawberries that I got from the farmers market.

Pancake recipe
-1 scoop vegan protein powder
-1 mashed banana
-1/2 cup oat flour
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
-1 cup or milk

Toppings
-Banana
-Strawberries
-Peanut butter

Heat a pan over medium heat. In a bowl combine all the ingredients. Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken. Next, add 2 tbsp of batter on the pan and cook until bubbles start to pop on the surface of the pancake. Then, flip the pancake and cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter. Top your pancakes with lots of toppings and Enjoy!
